b9ga Terms & Conditions

1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern your access to and use of the b9ga website located at https://b9ga.cam (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Website" or "b9ga"), operated by the b9ga platform team (hereinafter referred to as "b9ga", "we", "us" or "our").

b9ga is an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeting Pakistani users. b9ga does not operate as a licensed gambling operator, does not accept wagers on its own behalf, and does not process financial deposits or withdrawals in respect of gambling activity. All references to betting products, promotions, payment methods and odds are informational and educational in nature only.

By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms in full, understand them, and consent to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2.Definitions

• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of Pakistan. All currency figures cited in informational content on this Platform are in PKR unless otherwise stated.

4.Account Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be accessing the Platform of your own free will and for personal, non-commercial informational purposes.
• You must not be prohibited by any applicable law — including but not limited to the laws of Pakistan — from accessing gambling-related information or online gambling services.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, b9ga grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes.

Permitted use includes:

• Reading editorial content including betting guides, casino reviews, odds explanations and responsible-gambling resources.
• Using the Platform's navigation, search and information-retrieval features in the ordinary course.
• Sharing links to publicly accessible Platform pages via personal social-media accounts or messaging applications.
• Printing or saving Content for personal, non-commercial reference, provided copyright notices are preserved.

6.Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any provincial gambling ordinances.
• Involves the scraping, crawling, indexing or automated extraction of Content without our prior written consent.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise derive source code from the Platform.
• Introduces malware, viruses, Trojans or any other malicious or harmful code.
• Misrepresents your identity, age or eligibility in order to access or use Platform features.
• Reproduces, republishes, distributes or commercially exploits any Content without prior written authorisation.
• Interferes with, disrupts or places an unreasonable load on the Platform's infrastructure or servers.
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or any system connected to it.
• Uses the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purpose.

Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension of your access to the Platform and may be reported to the relevant law-enforcement authorities.

7.Accounts & Registration

Certain features of the Platform may require you to register an account. Where account registration is available, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including a valid email address.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
• Notify b9ga promptly of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Not share, transfer or sell your account to any third party.

b9ga reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

8.Deposits & Withdrawals

b9ga does not process, hold or facilitate financial deposits or withdrawals on behalf of users. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are conducted exclusively between the user and the relevant third-party licensed Operator platform.

References to payment methods on the Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar informational references for Pakistani users only. These references:

• Do not imply that any named payment provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with b9ga or any gambling Operator.
• Do not constitute a guarantee that any specific payment method is currently available on any Operator platform.
• Do not constitute a representation regarding minimum deposit amounts, processing times or applicable fees.

9.Bonuses & Promotions

The Platform may describe, review or illustrate bonus and promotional offers from third-party Operators. All such descriptions are subject to the following conditions:

Unless expressly stated as a verified live promotion, all bonus figures — including welcome offers (illustratively "100% up to PKR 25,000"), sports-starter offers, cashback percentages and free-spin counts — are illustrative examples intended to explain how a particular type of offer structure works. They do not represent guaranteed, active or currently available promotions.

10.Betting & Gaming Rules

b9ga does not set, control or adjudicate any betting or gaming rules. All rules governing sports-betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC T20, bilateral series), football, UFC, esports and other sporting events — are established exclusively by the licensed Operator.

The Platform may publish explanatory content describing common betting rules, market types (e.g. Match Winner, Over/Under, Accumulator/Parlay) and settlement procedures. Such content is educational only and does not bind any Operator to any particular rule interpretation. In the event of any discrepancy between b9ga's explanatory content and an Operator's official rules, the Operator's rules shall prevail in all respects.

11.Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including text, editorial articles, imagery, graphic design, data compilations, page layout and the b9ga brand name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of b9ga or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database-right laws.

No Content may be reproduced, republished, transmitted, distributed, scraped, stored in a retrieval system or commercially exploited in any form or by any means — electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise — without the prior express written consent of b9ga. Requests for Content licensing may be directed to our contact address set out in Clause 18.

Third-party trademarks, brand names and logos (including those of payment providers, sports leagues and game studios) that appear on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform for informational and editorial identification purposes only. Such use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

12.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, legal advice or any form of professional recommendation. All Content is informational only. Users make their own independent decisions regarding whether to place bets or engage in casino gaming, and b9ga accepts no responsibility for outcomes arising from such decisions.

Whilst b9ga takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of published Content, odds figures, bonus descriptions and payment-method information can change rapidly. b9ga does not warrant that any information on the Platform is current, accurate or complete at the time of access.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9ga, its directors, employees, agents, licensors and content providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary losses or damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Reliance on any Content, bonus description, odds data or payment-method reference published on the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred on a third-party Operator platform following referral from b9ga.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform.

13.Privacy & Data

14.Responsible Gambling

15.Suspension & Termination

b9ga reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
• Remove or modify any Content at any time without liability.
• Discontinue the Platform temporarily or permanently.

Upon termination of your access, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including without limitation Clauses 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Disclaimers & Liability) and 16 (Disputes & Governing Law).

16.Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting b9ga using the contact details provided in Clause 18.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to b9ga's place of operation for the resolution of any legal dispute.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

17.Amendments to These Terms

b9ga may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this page regularly. Material amendments will, where practicable, be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
